Description We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Controller to join our team on a long-term contract basis for a fully remote role based out of New Jersey. This role offers the opportunity to take charge of critical accounting operations while contributing to the growth and success of the organization. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring expertise in financial management, reporting, and analysis. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. • Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes. • Conduct audits and implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets. • Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making. • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency. • Utilize Dynamics 365 Business Central to manage financial data and reporting. • Create and maintain dashboards and visual analytics using Power BI. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance financial performance. • Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and regulatory compliance. Requirements • Proven experience in accounting, financial management, or a related role. • Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions. • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly desirable. • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
