Description We are seeking an experienced Controller to join a well-established manufacturing firm in Wichita, KS. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in manufacturing accounting, with a deep understanding of cost accounting, ERP systems (particularly Oracle), and a proven ability to lead and improve financial operations. Key Responsibilities: + Oversee all accounting operations, including cost accounting, inventory, budgeting, and forecasting + Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with GAAP + Analyze and improve costing structures and operational efficiencies + Collaborate closely with operations and production teams to support strategic initiatives + Maintain and optimize Oracle-based financial systems + Prepare reports for executive leadership and support strategic planning + Lead and mentor a small accounting team If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please call Amber Mings at 405-876-7152.
