Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

5+ years of experience as a Controller in a manufacturing company

Experience with financial reporting including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis

CPA nice to have

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Controller to join our aerospace manufacturing team. The Controller will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations. This role plays a critical part in driving strategic financial decision-making and improving financial performance across the organization.

Job Description:

Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support company objectives.

Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and aerospace industry financial regulations.Manage internal controls, accounting policies, and financial risk assessments.Oversee cost accounting for aerospace manufacturing processes, ensuring profitability analysis.Conduct financial analysis to support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost-saving initiatives and improve financial performance.Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.Prepare reports for executive leadership, investors, and regulatory bodies.Lead audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance.Monitor financial KPIs and propose improvements to optimize cash flow and cost management.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $160.00/hr.
