Description Jackie Meza with Robert Half is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Controller to join our finance team in a manufacturing company. In this role, you will oversee and optimize financial operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include establishing processes for inventory management, partnering closely with the owner and CFO to align on financial strategy, and managing full-cycle accounting functions to ensure accurate financial reporting. If you’re ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence contact Jackie Meza at 209.227.6563 Key Responsibilities: + Develop and implement inventory management methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. + Oversee full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities. + Collaborate with the owner and CFO on financial planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making. + Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports. + Maintain compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and applicable regulations. + Lead process improvements to streamline financial operations and reporting. + Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff as needed. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred). + 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial management, ideally in a manufacturing environment. + Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and manufacturing workflows. + Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
