Corporate Finance & Group Treasury Analyst

A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Corporate Finance & Group Treasury Analyst position based in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities: Evaluate and execute funding strategies for major capital assets such as vessels, selecting optimal instruments including bank loans, operating leases, finance leases, and bonds. Manage and maintain favorable credit ratings with both domestic and international credit rating agencies. Oversee the procurement and settlement of carbon credits via over-the-counter transactions in line with ISDA agreements and regional compliance requirements. Ensure adherence to financial incentives and obligations under the organization’s designation as a finance treasury center across global entities. Provide financial advisory support to business units, including conducting financial due diligence and developing financial models to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 3 – 5 years of professional experience in corporate finance and treasury Solid understanding of finance, with the ability to execute funding-related activities effectively Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across various departments Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
