Job Summary: Acrisure, a leading company in the insurance and fintech space, is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Corporate Trainer specialized in Workers Compensation to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage training programs aimed at enhancing the knowledge and skills of our employees, ensuring they understand and effectively manage Workers Compensation cases. This role demands a strong understanding of Workers Compensation laws, regulations, and best practices, and entails working closely with HR and Risk Management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assess Training Needs. Conduct assessments to identify and address the training needs of different departments and teams within the organization.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and create customized training solutions that address specific business challenges.
· Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on Workers Compensation, including legal compliance, case management, claims handling, and best practices.
· Design training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning modules, to support a variety of learning styles.
· Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure maximum knowledge retention.
· Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, adjusting content and methods as necessary.
· Stay current with changes in Workers Compensation laws and regulations and integrate this knowledge into training programs to ensure compliance and competency.
· Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to reinforce training and assist with practical application.
· Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and industry experts to enrich training content and stay abreast of industry trends.
· Report on training activities, outcomes, and feedback to management, recommending improvements and new initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Education, or a related field; relevant certifications in Workers Compensation or adult education preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workers Compensation claims management, HR, or Risk Management, with at least 3 years in a training or educational role.
· Strong knowledge of Workers Compensation laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
· Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible and engaging manner.
· Proven ability to design and deliver effective and interactive training programs.
· Proficiency in using training technologies and e-learning platforms.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
· Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
· Personal Attributes: High energy, enthusiastic, and passionate about learning and development. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
