Job Title: Counter Sales

Shift: 7:00am -4:00pm OT when needed

Pay: $20-$25 based on experience

Job Duties:

Assisting customer at the service counter and over the phone Understand customer needs and recommending appropriate products and/or services Addressing customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently Processing and tracking orders within DOS system Assist with invoicing and quoting jobs Build client relationships

 

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED At least one year of recent customer service experience Strong computer skills Strong communication skills Comfortable with point of sale systems Ability to work in a fast paced environment Willingness to grow within company
