And would you like to work on varied assignments from marketing strategy to lead generation to event management? Then we might have an interesting opportunity for you!_ Our new Country Marketing Strategist will serve as a strategic business partner to Sedgwick’s German business unit leadership to develop tailored marketing strategies to support growth. You will partner with the country CEO and in-country leaders in operations, sales, and client services to develop marketing strategies to support growth as part of a wider international marketing team. _“You will get a lot of international exposure in a big global company. You will help us build up something new and having executive level exposure to grow the business. You work closely with the head of sales and CEO to help build and sell the business!”_ **Create and implement our Marketing Strategy** You will team up with central marketing support (PR, Digital/Social, Content, Conference) leads to enable marketing in Germany while also supporting global marketing projects. Other tasks include: + Develop and deploy marketing strategies in Germany with country leadership. + Provide stakeholder updates to business unit leadership; shares results, and optimizes plans based on learnings. + Work with the in-house agency to develop and design best-in-class marketing approaches. + Manage execution against the overall country content calendar and customer/client programmes. + Support international marketing projects like website development and digital marketing. You will also partner up with the creative team to provide direction, ideate concepts, and bring campaigns to life – while you develop plans and monitors and reports on digital content performance metrics and makes data-driven recommendations to optimize assets and improve user engagement. You will leverage market trends to identify opportunities for new content and campaign development. While you also conduct research and analysis on industry and competitor trends to ensure our brand/solutions are showing up best-in-class, you also translate existing customer insights into relevant marketing program implications. **Fluent in German with a creative mindset** We are looking for you with a strong consumer-first approach, grounded in a passion and curiosity for consumer insights, and with a curious mindset. You also bring to the role: + Experience as a strategy consultant with 3 - 5 years of experience + Experience with implementing marketing strategies in a B2B market + Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills. + Fluent in both German and English. You possess the ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports – and you are comfortable with working in a fast paced and collaborative team environment.
