Meetings and Audio-Visual Support Specialist$17/hour. | Long term Contract |Tuesday – Thursday 3:00 – 9:00 pm and Saturdays 7:00 am – 5:00 pm based on meeting schedules  What Matters MostCompetitive Pay of $17.00 per hourSchedule: Tuesday – Thursday 3:00 – 9:00 pm and Saturdays 7:00 am – 5:00 pm based on meeting schedules Location: Houston Texas, 77007Long-term contract opportunity with career growth and stabilityWeekly Pay with direct deposit or pay cardWhen you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program Job Description Under general supervision, the meeting and meeting and AV specialist provides support to the conference center by performing meeting room setup and breakdown, including audio visual (AV) equipment and minor troubleshooting.  Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing the CRC (conference center) operations for evening and Saturday events.Set up meeting rooms tables and chairs according to the event work orders.Ensure conference rooms and A/V are properly set up and broken down for all meetings.Assists with administrative duties as needed.The updates conference center monitor to ensure guests of correct meeting location. Orients meeting representatives to CRC policies and procedures.Overseas check-in/check-out of groups.
