CRM Business Analyst

Our Client, a Manufacturing and Distribution Facilities company, is looking for a CRM Business Analyst for their Ada, MI location. Responsibilities:
+ Acting as a liaison between ANA Marketing, ANA Technology, and the Corporate Data Foundations team.
+ Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business goals, objectives, and requirements related to CRM and Bloom reach implementation.
+ Identifying data sourcing details including field-level data mappings and transformations required for campaign implementation.
+ Developing campaign Blueprints that translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for Bloom reach.
+ Profiling new required data for accuracy and usage viability to inform marketing for usage campaigns before handoff to the Data Foundations team for data automation.
+ Developing CRM scenarios in Bloom reach.
+ Collaborating with the development team to ensure a clear understanding and implementation of requirements.
+ Creating and executing data verification test cases to validate that data in Bloom reach matches requirement specifications and is accurate to source data expectations.
+ Advising on required campaign tagging.
+ Recognized technical expert; provides technical advice and assistance for area of specialty.
+ Requires expert mastery of theoretical concepts and applied principles and practices of area of specialty.
+ Program/process owner - sets strategy & protocol for program/process.
+ Lead the highest-impact, highest-visibility and complex product
+ Act as a Coach in the Community of Practice on Product Management best practices
+ Direction given in: broad objectives.
Requirements:
+ BA/BS in Computer Science/Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field.
+ 8 years of related experience in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or CRM analytics.
+ Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
+ Ability to pipe and consolidate data from multiple sources (Bloom reach, Heap site data, Amway renewal data, etc.) to build a report or dashboard.
+ Good understanding of the Digital Marketing, eCommerce, and CRM spaces
+ An awareness of Amway’s business model.
+ Knowledge of sales and marketing plans is a plus.
+ Proficient in working with and understanding Amway data structures including querying data using SQL within the Amway data lake in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) BigQuery.
+ Experience with SaaS marketing automation platforms (e.g., Bloom reach) is a plus.
+ Creative problem-solving and bias toward action.
+ Analytical and data-driven, understanding what to analyze and why, not just how.
+ Able to attribute revenue or other measure to an action or tactic while determining the nature of the relation (causation vs. correlation).
+ Curiosity and ability to self-direct, with a continuous growth mindset.
+ Strong problem-solving ability and dealing with ambiguity
+ Visual storytelling skills and ability to effectively communicate important insights to leadership, decision-makers, and customers.
+ Organization and clear prioritization.
