Customer Order Administrator with German (24 months)

As Customer Order Administrator with German, you will be responsible for handling and following up with sales orders and purchase orders, in order to maintain the best possible support and logistics for both external and internal customers. The position will act as the interface between the customer and our factories.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

To manage a dedicated portfolio of clients and their orders in the orders in the ERP system; Generate and send order acknowledgements; Make sure the orders align with trade compliance regulations; Expedite factories and make sure items are delivered on-time and correctly; Clarify the commercial aspects of the orders with the customers; Keep a close contact with customers to inform of any delays and problems; Conduct data management activities according to date management policy; Maintain accurate and updated order logs in the ERP Systems; Logistics (including data-management on “kicked-over” orders); Arranging and coordinating customer approvals and inspections as require.

For This Role, You Will Need:

University degree or equivalent experience in a similar field Minimum 2 years of work experience in an administrative role Language requirements: English–advance level, German– medium/advanced level
 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Previous experience in a matrix organization; Proficiency in MS Office.
