Description We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position offers a dynamic environment in the construction industry, where you will play a key role in assisting clients and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role is based in Holmdel, New Jersey, and includes opportunities for commission-based earnings and skill development. Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound customer inquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring a high level of service. • Assist homeowners by providing detailed information about environmentally friendly cleaning services. • Meet or exceed individual and team productivity goals through effective communication and problem-solving. • Process transactions accurately and efficiently while striving to maximize commission-based opportunities. • Rotate work schedules, including weekday shifts and short weekend hours, ensuring consistent availability for clients. • Participate in comprehensive training to develop the skills needed to work independently and effectively. • Maintain a casual yet focused demeanor in a collaborative and supportive team environment. • Uphold company standards for customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions. • Utilize strong computer skills to manage and document interactions within internal systems. • Contribute to a goal-oriented workplace that encourages continuous learning and success. Requirements • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute with accuracy. • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. • Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including one weekend day per week. • Proficiency in using computers and navigating software systems. • Enthusiasm for meeting goals and earning commission-based incentives. • Ability to adapt quickly to training and apply new skills effectively. • All candidates are required to undergo a screening process prior to employment.
