We have a fantastic opportunity for Customer Service Claims Advisers in Glasgow, UK.
As a Claims Adviser, you'll assist in resolving domestic claims, requiring skills or qualifications in customer service and claims handling.
Imagine yourself as the main contact for customers and stakeholders during the claims process. You'll provide excellent customer service on every call, record claim details accurately, and set clear expectations for the service journey. You'll learn policy and procedure requirements, empathise with customers, and handle difficult conversations when needed.
You'll work closely with the Home Adjusting team and communicate with various departments to ensure our customers are at the heart of everything we do.

Experience in a customer service office environment
Excellent communication skills: You'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more.
Contractor repair support experience will be a distinct advantage
