We design custom closets, pantries, home offices, entertainment centers, wall beds, garages, and much more. We are searching for another member to add to our close-knit team of individuals in Customer Service. We are seeking an experienced, team-oriented, customer service driven individual who understands the role the front desk staff plays as the “face” of Closet Factory. Customer service coordinators learn all about how we design, manufacture, and install so they can talk to clients and answer all of their questions.
Our office is fast paced where no two days are the same. There is a high level of activity, so boredom is not an option. You will handle multiple items simultaneously in a professional and courteous manner. You will encounter many different types of people and help them with their requests. We recognize people are our most important asset and will train you to excel in your position.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones Schedule appointments for in-home consultations Give showroom tours Manage Social Media posts Respond to customer reviews Maintain customer database and input information into the computerRequirements:
Good organization, troubleshooting, and multi-tasking skills Computer experience including Word and Excel Strong and precise follow through Written and oral communication skills are essential Ability to prioritize work assignments, critical tasks and routine workEducation:
