**Customer Service Representative**
The Customer Service Representative will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional experience for our customers and supporting the sales team in achieving their business objectives. You will work with various departments to meet moderately difficult maintenance services sales goals. You will maintain direct contact with customers before and/or after the sale. You will support sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations (CRM) with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s).

**Your Challenge:**
+ Serves as a point of contact for moderately complex customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information regarding products, services and order status. Responds to customer needs in a quick and effective manner performing account management functions. Proactively manage customer issues and resolve concerns with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
+ Uses CRM system to maintain customer data and follow up on customer inquiries and requests. Tracks customer interactions and manages accounts.
+ Actively tracks order statuses, monitor for delays and provide timely updates to customers and the sales team.
+ Coordinates activities with other internal departments to ensure alignment between customer requirements and offerings, including import/export shipments.
+ Understands requirements of various regulations and contributes to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery.
**What you bring:**
+ High School or equivalent.
+ Minimum 5 years' experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar experience.
+ Experience using CRM systems and other customer service tools.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team structure.
+ Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
+ Customer-centric attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
+ Organizational skills with attention to detail.

Curtiss-Wright Industrial Division, which includes the legacy brands of Arens Controls, Penny & Giles, PG Drives Technology and Williams Controls, is an excellent supplier in providing components and sub-systems which enable customer specific solutions for on- and off-highway vehicles. These include medium- and heavy-duty trucks, buses and motor coaches, construction and agricultural vehicles, materials handling, and other specialty vehicles, as well as sophisticated wheelchairs and scooters for medical mobility.
Arens Controls products comprise state-of-the-art drivetrain components, such as ‘by-wire’ and mechanical transmission shifters, as well as electronic control systems for the Hybrid Electronic Vehicle (HEV) market.
The products are the legacy of the Arens Controls company founded in 1939 and acquired by Curtiss-Wright in 2013.
