**Job Description**
Au sein de la Direction Commerciale Support de la GBU Défense, vous serez, en tant que Customer Services Representative, notamment en charge des missions suivantes :
- piloter les ventes rechanges et réparations ;
- être l'interlocuteur-trice privilégié-e des Clients pour le suivi des affaires de flux ;
- émettre les offres en s'assurant de la bonne tenue en qualité, coûts et délais ;
- interagir avec les différents métiers pour piloter efficacement le flux (direction des opérations, programme, métiers techniques...) ;
- travailler étroitement avec l'Administration de Ventes qui reste responsable de l'enregistrement des commandes et de la facturation.
**Job Requirements**
Formation supérieure Bac +5, vous avez une expérience d'au moins 3 ans.
