• Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand client requirements and customize tender responses accordingly.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to enhance tender success rates.
• Ensure full compliance with tender requirements and regulations, managing documentation and submission deadlines meticulously.
• Track and evaluate tender outcomes, implementing strategies to improve future bidding success.
• Provide clients with regular updates on tender activities, performance metrics and market trends to support informed decision-making.
