Duties and Responsibilities 

Responsible for accurate data input with regards to daily financials at multiple propertiesProcess weekly accounts payable payments for any leased operations working with corporate accounting.Produce Weekly KPI analysis to Departmental users.

Skills and Qualifications 

1+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field.Experience with internal financial and accounting processes including LTP, Monthly Forecasts, and Month-End/Quarter-End Close.Exceptional partnering and relationship-building skills across various areas and levels.Ability to simplify complex issues and communicate clearly, incorporating storytelling techniques.Strong experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Longview, and SAP.Proven analytical and strategic-thinking skills with close attention to detail.Must be at least 18 years of age.Open to college students pursuing a degree.
