Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations.

In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.
**Process Overview***
Global Banking & Markets division serves mid- to large-sized corporations and institutional clients worldwide. It is comprised of Business Banking, Global Commercial Banking, Global Corporate & Investment Banking, Global Markets and Wholesale Credit. Aligned with these client-facing groups are Global Capital Markets and Global Research. The Shared Technology Platforms is a portfolio under the GBAMT Strategy, Architecture and Core Platforms portfolio. The portfolio is responsible for designing, building and maintaining high performing software systems that are used by the Global Banking and Markets Technology employees globally. These are Technology for Technology tools that cater to varying project management needs including but not limited to forecasting, hiring, resource lifecycle management etc.,
**Job Description***
Part of Global Banking Data Strategy team, the role supports Treasury area of the bank to provide liquidity management, payments and receipts, trade and supply chain finance, foreign exchange and commercial card services to three million small businesses, thousands of middle market companies, and to multinational corporations, financial institutions and governments around the world.
The right candidate will be part of the Strategy, Analysis and Design team for Treasury Data Management and will take directions from Bank of America leads / POCs. The candidate is also expected to lead deliverables while work closely with business and technology partners to develop business and process requirements and design to ensure relevant business objectives are met.
The candidate will also work collaboratively with Data Sourcing team, Business Analyst, and end users, to be key a player in digital transformation of the organization, designing dynamic data environment for containing and aggregating multiple data sources in an efficient and optimized manner. The design of the data environment must allow for creating of data-driven solutions using BI tools, machine learning, predicative analytics, other data science techniques, including AI.
**Responsibilities***
• Work with Product Managers/Owners, Architects and the Development community to ensure the best data solutions are delivered
• Triage new requirements, provide impact assessments and appropriate estimates for amending data models in line with solution designs and requirements
• Develop and enhance business physical data models in line with new requirements
• Enhance data models and be their custodian, driving alignment as appropriate
• Define and own modelling within a delivery team from a physical perspective on a day to day basis
• Ensure data models developed meet appropriate standards and principles
• Creation of solutions that meet business needs and move towards end state architecture
**Requirements***
**Education*** B.E./ B. Tech/M.E./M. Tech/BSC/MSC/BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
**Certifications If Any:** Certification in any of the RPA tools (Desired)
**Experience Range*** 6-8+ years
**Foundational skills***
• Experienced in Data Warehousing/Analytics end to end architecture
• Expertise in Data Modelling, including Conceptual, Logical and Physical modelling
• Knowledge of payments industry data standards is desirable, including ISO 20022, as well as regulatory experience within Payments.
• Data Architecture - Data Warehouse, Data Mart, ODS, ETL, reporting, analytics
• Good understanding and creating entity-relationship models.
• Experienced in different modelling methodologies, including 3NF, Dimensional and Data Vault.
• Strong experience with data transformation & ETL on large data sets
• Strong SQL working knowledge
• Experience with Big Data technologies
• Understand common integration services: REST API exposure.
**Desired skills**
• Knowledge & Experience in Splunk, Python, Collibra and Power Designer
• Knowledge & Experience in Cloud Technologies
