You will develop the 0-24-month IBP forecast by brand and at the stock keeping unit (SKU) level. You will coordinate, challenge and influence building block with input from sales, marketing and other partners. In addition, you  will review the disaggregated short-term demand plan, which includes SKU/location mix and weekly pacing. Finally, you will provide the finalized detailed demand plan by SKU to supply planners and adjust it based on feedback from supply planners or commercial teams.

How you will contribute

You will:

Contribute to the demand management cycle of the integrated business planning (IBP) process for your categories and to strategy and structure discussionsLiaise with the commercial and operational teams and develop ways to continuously improve communication between the functions to support the delivery of the business KPIs for their familiesManage forecast compilation process, which includes owning the short-term weekly plan and the long-term forecast (three or more months)Interact with modelling team to generate statistical forecastingParticipate in the integrated business planning process and manage the demand planning toolPerform root-cause analysis for continuous plan improvement for key service issues, forecast error and bias, and share output with appropriate leadership

More about this role

Responsible for oversight, management, and cross-functional alignment (including Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Finance) of the consensus forecast including enrichment of driver data and overrides by exception.

Key responsabilities:

Review unconstrained statistical forecast generated by Hub Forecast Modelers for exceptions and identify required changesEnrich 0-xx month demand plan on exceptional basis with business and cross-functional insight (sales, finance, marketing / media, others)Translate business strategy, product portfolio, innovation, and growth ambition into ongoing 0-xx month demand plansMonitor historic / ongoing forecast performance, identify required changesAlign building blocks with business partners, analyze scenarios, and quantify impacts to support the business' deployment of trade, media, marketing to meet financial objectives (trade, promo, pricing)Analyze scenarios for risks and opportunities, share insights with cross-functional stakeholders, and align decisions with the businessExecute the regional monthly IBP cycle - facilitating the Product Review and DemandReview. Coordinate all required inputs (Sales, Marketing, Commercial, etc.) and manage to all output actions from meetings
