General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. Under close supervision, this position performs a variety of activities in support of functional areas for one or more project/business units. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Gathers, collects, records, reviews, tracks, and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Reports on the progress of work in process. + Responds to routine verbal and written requests for information from internal sources and may respond to verbal and written requests for information from authorized external parties and/or agencies. Interface with Depot Engineers, Program Office, + Production and Quality Control personnel, purchasing, in the processing, delivery and receipt of parts and completed work orders. + Provides administrative support to engineers in the Repair Depot department. Assignments are of moderate scope and importance where judgment is required in analyzing, interpreting, and making recommendations in resolving non-routine issues. + Responsible for observing all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company. + Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
