Position Summary:
The Solution Delivery Organization is aligned within the enterprise process framework to the Accountable Executive/Global Process Owner (AE/GPO) organization for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.  As a member of the Solution Delivery Organization, the Deployment Specialist – S2P will be responsible for helping ensure that the voice and needs of our business are sufficiently met in relation to the process and system changes being implemented.  They will partner with the business experts within the regions and sites and help guide them through the deployment process while ensuring that the business teams are positioned for success in the use of the new or changed process and system solutions.  They will provide targeted expertise for designated areas of the overall process and systems (Procurement, Accounts Payable, Supplier Onboarding) and bring the program delivery knowledge for the deployment methodology and solution deployment processes.

Job Responsibilities:Work with members of the Solution Delivery Source to Pay team, Global Deployment and project leadership teams to drive execution and completion of business-facing deliverables and activities in preparation for and during the go-live phase of projectsDrive and influence business and project team discussions and decisions for Source to Pay process/solution areas of expertiseHelp manage cross-team deployment issues and interdependencies that are critical for the successful deployment of the solutionUnderstand ADM’s global standard processes and help identify areas where the business may require additional plans and activities required for a successful go-live of the solutionPartner with a variety of enterprise and regional leaders and business experts to identify key deployment risks and drive execution of risk mitigation plansWork with the data migration leads and business experts to ensure that the data scope and solution design can be adopted by the businessHelp to coordinate and identify business focal points involved in testing, training and security role implementation in support of the deployment go-liveHelp identify key dependencies between data migration and business cutover activities, including development of detailed cutover checklists and go-live readiness tasksDuring the Hypercare phase, partner with business process and solution teams to help identify and implement resolution for defects or key risks identified post go-liveApply knowledge of business and regional practices to adapt the approach and execution plans for end user training to ensure sufficient business understanding is in place for the go-liveHelp prepare and support execution of business continuity plans for a successful go-liveProvide expertise and deployment support for implementation of key regulatory or compliance-related activities (ex: Works Councils updates or audit requests)Partner with deployment leadership and business experts to identify and implement continuous improvements opportunities as the program plans are executed across each release.Job Requirements:  Minimum of 3-5 years of business process or solution expertise for one or more areas, including participation in at least one global ERP project/program implementation; preference will be given for prior relevant Source to Pay process/system experienceSolution implementation experience with Coupa modules, Open Text VIM (Vendor Invoice Management), SAP S/4 HANA FICO (Accounts Payable) module, and/or SAP S/4 HANA MM (Material Management)Experience implementing enterprise solutions in the Latin America regionUnderstanding of data migration activities required to deploy an integrated solutionExposure to a variety of program delivery methodologies, including waterfall and agileAbility to identify key deployment risks for the business/region and to facilitate and implement risk mitigation plansSolid understanding of release planning concepts and governance practicesDemonstrated understanding of cutover planning and execution of key business activities during the pre- and post-go live periodsExperience working in a global team, including hands-on experience in delivering complex goals and objectivesUnderstands and can support implementation of organizational change management activities to help ensure the business can adopt the solution and obtain the intended value from itStrong English communication skills with the ability to present information to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences including end users, program leaders, and regional business leaders; preference will also be given to candidates proficient in Portuguese and/or SpanishAble to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with multiple levels of the organization and cope with rapidly changing informationMaintains a positive work environment through teamwork and effective working relationships across a globally distributed team and working stylesAbility to deal with multiple competing priorities and operate with a sense of urgency and delivery focusExpected to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or a variety of shifts, when needed, to meet deadlinesAbility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to achieve business objectivesExcited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
