We’re hiring a Desktop Investigator. You’ll manage a caseload of suspect claims for various clients, using video and phone interviews. You may also handle pricing checks, negotiate settlements, issue reports, and explain claim rejections. You’ll lead your investigations, take statements, validate claims, and settle quickly using insurer networks. You’ll use data, tech, and your investigative mindset to detect and prove fraud.
