Description Primary Responsibilities: • Support colocation and customer equipment installations onsite. • Provide first-level technical support for servers, network devices, and managed services. • Monitor critical infrastructure including power systems, network performance, and environmental controls. • Perform physical hardware checks, diagnostics, and routine maintenance tasks. • Manage access control systems including badge and biometric authentication. • Monitor and respond to system alerts, tickets, and customer support requests via phone, email, and portal. • Perform data center walkthroughs, equipment readings, and operational audits. • Maintain ticket queue, ensure timely updates, and support ticket quality review. • Document changes, procedures, and incidents in the internal knowledge base. • Receive, unpack, and ship hardware; manage inventory as required. • Assist with basic troubleshooting of hardware, connectivity, and system alerts. • Actively monitor security systems including video surveillance.
