This hands-on position involves adjusting process parameters, troubleshooting equipment and quality issues, and supporting production goals. You’ll help maintain process repeatability while ensuring safety and performance standards are consistently met. The role requires a detail-oriented technician with a strong understanding of die casting and automation systems. Responsibilities: Start up, operate, and monitor die casting machines and related automationOptimize process settings to improve part quality and machine efficiencyInspect die cast parts for defects and ensure adherence to quality standardsDocument process changes and maintain production recordsTroubleshoot process and quality issues, and implement corrective actions Qualifications and Requirements: Prior experience in die cast processing requiredFamiliarity with automation/robotics (Yaskawa experience a plus)Ability to work in a standing, lifting, and hot/cold environmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailDependable attendance and a collaborative, safety-focused mindset  Benefits and Perks: Starting pay of $24/hr or higher based on experienceMedical, dental, and vision coverage401K enrollmentTraining & Growth Your New Organization:This is a full-time opportunity with a respected manufacturer specializing in high-pressure die cast components.
