This is a hands-on, physically demanding, fast paced, and high responsibility shop floor position. Responsibilities: Install and remove tooling in die casting machinesProduce good casting samples for Quality Control to approve productionChange cores, shot rods, shot tips, spray gunsFurnace tending and metal transfersMaterial handling duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience working in a manufacturing environmentDie Casting or foundry experience a plus but not requiredAbility to stand, lift and work in varying temperaturesA positive attitude and regular, punctual attendance are required  Benefits and Perks: $23-25 per hourHealth, Dental and Vision insurance401K with company matchTraining & Growth Your New Organization:A Premier Die Casting Company in Germantown, WI.
