Plan and coordinate activities of projects, systems changes and service requests to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames, scope and qualityCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate implementations and technical change requests across variety of systemsCapture and consolidate business requirements by understand and liaise with business stakeholders on issues and challenges with suggestionCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders/vendors on User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Support business/technical process and procedure changes which are completely worked out after project implementation (e.g. production incident handling)Team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills, able to share effectively across different business streamsCurious, meticulous, self-motivated and strong continuous improvement mindsetWorking knowledge in managing vendors and suppliers and project management a plusRequirements
University degree in Computer Science or related disciplineMinimum 2 years’ relevant experience in IT system related project coordination and developmentHands on experience in CRM/Loyalty system development projects will be an advantageProven experience of technical solution delivery or application development management with the ability to work collaboratively across business teams, technical teams, UAT teams and external partnersAbility to analyze information, generate business requirements and rule descriptionsExcellent communication and problem solving skillsAbility to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlinesFluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plusKnowledge of Agile Scrum and design thinking will be an advantage Apply now
Reports To: Digital Manager - Customer and Retail
This role is part of our Digital Department (DGT), which leads enterprise digital transformation across customer, commercial, and operational areas.
As the Digital Analyst - Customer and Retail, you will participate in projects related to Asia Miles, Asia’s leading travel and lifestyle rewards programme, focusing on its core system and system integration. You will be responsible for coordinating various project activities of varying scale to ensure that project goals and objectives are achieved within the prescribed timeframes, scope, and quality standards.
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on diverse projects, system changes, and service requests.
