Side-by-side with other Contingent Workers and our staff, you will play a part in building a sustainable, green and reliable energy infrastructure that stimulates economic growth and reduces our ecological footprint.
As the operator of Belgium's high-voltage grid, we are facing an array of challenges linked to this transition, including the integration of renewable energy into the grid, the construction of new infrastructure, and the balancing of the grid.
To help us effectively communicate these challenges, we are currently looking for a Digital Communications Expert who will oversee all our online publications aimed at both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: The consultant will act as the expert on the different communication channels used by Digital Communications and take on an advisory role towards the business concerning their communication needs & strategy and how to bring across their messages in the best way possible (Intranet, E-mail campaigns, digital signage, websites, event registrations, etc.). The consultant will manage all activities on the company group’s intranet, websites and other digital channels, in close collaboration with the communications team, product team and business. The consultant will work closely with the product team & external suppliers to continuously improve the digital solutions and translate the business needs. You have an open mind and proactively look for improvements or other digital solutions according to the needs of the business. The consultant will develop, together with the Digital Communications Manager, a governance structure & roadmap for our digital communication channels. The consultant will work closely together with the Digital Communications Manager to carry out digital projects together with the product team from start to finish, analyzing & documenting business requirements, follow-up of selecting and implementing solutions, testing, etc. The consultant will actively support, develop tutorials and train the users to have a good knowledge of the tools & applications used by Digital Communications. Requirements: At least 3 years of professional experience in Digital Communications. A master’s degree in communications, digital media or equivalent. Excellent proficiency in English and knowledge of Dutch and/or French. A positive, creative, flexible and dynamic team member. You take ownership of your work and have a can-do attitude. You can see things from the customer's/end user's perspective and seek out the best solution(s) for meeting their needs. A critical mindset and you dare to challenge the business to achieve the best possible result. Experience of working in content management systems and you are keen to skill up in new ones. A good knowledge of and experience with applications such as Sitecore, Actito, Unily, Jira, PinToMind, Matomo, Adobe Photoshop and Genially is a plus. A good knowledge of UX and accessibility principles is nice to have. The next step
