We are seeking a passionate and skilled Digital Product Owner to lead SAP Fieldglass team with a focus on collaboration, strategic thinking, and technical integrity. The ideal candidate will foster a united team environment, guide product development with a long-term vision, and ensure effective stakeholder communication. 

Key Responsibilities: 
•    Lead and motivate the development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement.
•    Define and communicate a clear long-term vision for digital products and prioritize stakeholder needs, balancing scope, technical integrity, and maintainability.
•    Make well-informed, strategic decisions that account for both technical and business impacts, while effectively managing team capacity and distributing responsibilities across functions.
•    Safeguard technical quality by promoting best practices and risk awareness, while effectively navigating stakeholder dynamics and aligning cross-team priorities.
•    Engage in strategic negotiations with diverse stakeholder teams to align objectives and foster collaborative partnerships.
•    Foster open, transparent communication with team members and stakeholders while cultivating trust and promoting a collaborative, supportive environment.
•    Tactfully manage scope by saying no when needed, while constructively addressing challenges, raising risk awareness, and promoting effective planning.

Required Soft Skills: Excellent communication and listening skills with an empathetic approach; ability to consider diverse opinions. Proven leadership ability to build, motivate and inspire teams, set priorities, and deliver results within complex organizational dynamics. Demonstrates self-awareness and strong organizational skills, applying a structured approach to work and delegating responsibilities effectively. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and proven capacity to push for results, while respecting different stakeholders’ commitments. Desired Hard Skills & Experience: Approximately 3+ years of experience within an IT environment or in a similar role. Technical aptitude, with general functional understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical system integrity. Familiarity with the IT landscape and related technologies (Fieldglass knowledge or experience with connectors/APIs is a plus, but not mandatory). Degree in a relevant field
