Job Summary
The Digital Production Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production and timely shipment of goods within our manufacturing operations. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of production processes, equipment capabilities, and quality and delivery expectations. The coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring production workflows, managing rush orders, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Key Duties/Responsibilities
Schedule and Monitor Production Workflow: Ensure priority work is released on time, collaborate with Priority One Managers for new client setups and conversions, and work with Special Project Coordinators on plant projects. 30%Track and Facilitate Orders: Manage detailed tracking of orders, including the not shipped report and tracking lost orders. 25%Manage Rush Orders: Oversee the rush order process to ensure timely processing. 20%Correct and Re-enter Problem Orders: Address and re-enter problem orders and send question orders to the Question Order Center as needed. 15%Produce Samples and Test Runs: Create samples and test runs as required; enter training runs. 5%Other duties as assigned: to include, but not limited to, data entry and site-specific tasks. 5%QualificationsEducation

Include bending, walking, standing and kneeling 8-10 hours a day and lifting up to 20 lbs+ on occasion.Additional InformationHourly Compensation: $19.00 - $25.00 DOE plus $1.75 hourly shift differential
Hours: Monday - Friday 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM
