Job DescriptionPosition Summary
The Digital Project Manager, Web & Ecommerce will be a key contributor to the growing Product & UX Team, supporting a strategic roadmap to create world-class digital experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue for our resort, hotel properties, and retail businesses. This highly organized and proactive position oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of key digital initiatives across our web and e-commerce platforms. This role uniquely combines strong project management capabilities with business analysis skills. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product Management, UX/UI, Engineering, Marketing, Digital & Ecommerce, and third-party vendors—to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. This position reports to the Director of Product Management.
The budgeted salary range for this position is $83,000- $110,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.

Essential Job Functions
Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of web and e-commerce projects ranging from simple launches, to complex cross-functional rolloutsWork with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user needs, and technical requirementsTranslate business needs into clear project scope, objectives, and deliverablesConduct platform and process assessments to evaluate current capabilities, identify gaps, and recommend improvements or new solutionsCollaborate with Product Managers to align requirements and priorities with product roadmapsDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocationsCoordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelinesTrack project progress, identify risks, and proactively manage issues to minimize impact on deliveryFacilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.Manage vendor and third-party relationships as neededSupport continuous improvement of project management and business analysis processes, tools, and templatesEnsure all projects meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and business objectivesOther duties as assignedQualificationsEducation and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required3 years of direct experience as a project manager in digital, web, e-commerce, or technology environmentPMP, CSM, CBAP or similar certification preferredKnowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office SuiteProficient knowledge of web and e-commerce ecosystems, including CMS platforms, APIs, analytics, and integrationsProficient knowledge in Agile, Scrum, or other iterative development methodologiesProficient knowledge with open APIs and headless systems to create custom web and ecommerce experiencesKnowledge of Jira or other project management applicationsKnowledge in the travel, tourism, leisure, ski resort, luxury retail, or hospitality industries preferredExperience with business analysis activities such as gathering requirements, conducting stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and documenting user stories or functional specs requiredProven track record of delivering multiple concurrent projects on time, within scope, and aligned to business goalsExcellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage competing priorities and deadlines requiredStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities requiredExperience managing vendors, including development and design firmsExperience working with matrixed teams and vendor partnersAbility to learn the details and nuances of Aspen One’s business, including channels, departments, product models, guest engagement strategies, loyalty programs, cross-business journeys, marketing plans, financial models, and industry complexities, and be able to bring digital solutions to market within this contextAdditional InformationWork Environment and Physical Demands
