Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical,

Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.Drag Edit DeleteCreates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.Drag Edit DeleteIntegrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.Drag Edit DeleteHandle with Care participation annually or CPI participation every 2 years.

American Heart Association or American Red Cross Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire or must be obtained within 90 days of employment, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS),Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred within 12 months of employment
Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) required within 12 months of employmentDrag Edit DeleteRequired Skills
License: Current TN RRT or CRT licensureDrag Edit DeleteMinimum Work Experience
Two to five years experience in RT with management responsibilities preferredDrag Edit DeleteMinimum Education
Degree or Certification in Respiratory Therapy required
