The Director, Technical Professional Services within our Financial Crimes and Risk Management division is a pivotal role that entails leading a highly skilled team responsible for the installation and maintenance of FCRM, ALM, and Risk applications processing software. This position is crucial for the growth of our business, ensuring the effective implementation, configuration, and setup of compliance applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, technology, and driving successful client implementations, playing an integral part in one of the top banking platforms in the industry.
What you will do:
Manage resources to meet business volume requirements, including vendor relationships as needed.Oversee day-to-day implementation projects and professional services engagements.Build industry exposure and connections by working directly with Fiserv clients.Ensure product usability and implementation turnover requirements are communicated to product and development teams.Collaborate with Application Operations and Deployment teams to streamline and create efficient implementation and modification processes.Provide leadership in scoping, staffing, and managing projects, setting milestones and targets for implementations and professional services.What you will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Compliance, Business, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.10+ years of experience in banking or credit union compliance roles.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to manage and complete multiple technical projects in a fast-paced environment.Ability to identify potential risks and liabilities across multiple projects.What would be great to have:
Strong knowledge of application software operational and development processes.Relevant certifications in financial risk and compliance.Experience in project management related to financial services applications.Experience in testing and troubleshooting financial services applications.Perks at Work:

Salary Range
$102,400.00 - $172,500.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
