The Director, Growth Operations is responsible for leading the strategic execution of growth initiatives across the company, including eBroker partnerships, commission management, Salesforce optimization, and sales tools/resources. They directly support the growth of the organization and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to increase membership and revenue.

As senior leader in the organization, the incumbent will drive operational excellence through strategic collaboration, data-driven decision making and leadership, aligning business objectives with growth strategies.

The Director will lead a team of professionals to achieve organizational outcomes.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, Analytics, Growth, and Clinical to define and implement tools, resources, and processes aligned to growth and business objectives.Partners across functions to provide strategic sales insights, drive operational alignment, and lead integration and interpretation of key sales and operations data.Identifies risks, roadblocks, and opportunities proactively to maintain alignment with growth goals; creates action plan to overcome.Leads the management and ongoing improvements of the eBroker partnerships and strategy.Designs and develops end-to-end tactical eBroker delivery model, as well as operationalization of the model.Leads the growth of sales revenue via new lead acquisitions to meet and/or exceed annual sales targets for eBroker vertical channels.Creates, maintains, and fosters new or existing relationships with eBroker partners and related working teams to build new and strategic ways of incremental sales growth.Leads the operations of Growth Central, ensuring a central location for sales SOPs, tools, and resources that drive sales team effectiveness.Oversees, maintains and reviews commission plans across all sales channels and recommends appropriate changes. Implements approved changes to commission plans. Ensures commissions are accurately calculated, reported and paid.Executes commission strategies for both field and inside sales, in partnership with Finance and HR on forecast modeling and incentive structures.Partners with IT and Operations to maintain and optimize master healthcare provider databases and territory mapping tools.Ensures data governance and accuracy within Salesforce.Leads efforts to assess and improve sales operational tools (including CRM, data reporting dashboards, lead management systems, and commission platforms).Drives adoption of operational systems and tools across the sales organization to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Coaches, guides, and mentors call center, MGCs, and center leaders, as well as external eBroker partners on sales best practices, performance, and issue-resolution.Directly supervises a team of professionals to ensure goals are met or exceeded. Provides reliable, efficient support for the team.Leads all aspects of the team including, but not limited to, selection, onboarding, performance management, and engagement. Directs, coaches, and provides training to employees, with the goal of developing a high-performing team. Manages department budget.Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:High-level business acumen and strategic insightDeep knowledge and understanding of sales operations, commission management and inside/outside sales channelsStrong collaboration skills in a matrixed organizationAbility to lead cross-functional projects and change management initiativesHighly analytical with metric and data-driven decision-making capabilitiesStrong facilitation and communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience building operational and governance processes that scaleAbility to balance high-level strategic thinking with attention to operational detailStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; competent in other systems required for the position including Xactly, Salesforce and SharePointAbility and willingness to travel locally, regionally and/or nationally up to 20% of the time; flexible to work evening, weekends and/or holidays as neededSpoken and written fluency in English; bilingual (Spanish) a plusThis job requires use and exercise of independent judgmentEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Economics or related field OR additional experience above the minimum may be considered in lieu of the required education on a year-for-year basisMaster’s degree (MBA or related) preferredMinimum eight (8) years of experience in sales operations, growth management, or similar leadership roleMinimum five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience building out sales plans and initiatives and establishing KPIsExperience managing commissions systems required; experience with Xactly strongly preferredExperience in healthcare, especially Medicare Advantage, senior care organizations, or value-based care, strongly preferredA valid Class C or D or State equivalent driver's license, issued by the State of current employment, requiredCurrent, personal automobile insurance needs to be equal or greater than your state, county or city requirements. Must have $100,000 No-Fault or Personal Injury (PIP)/$300,000 Property Damage Liability (PDL) limits requirement on the personal automobile insurance policy. Incumbents in this role will be subject to bi-annual Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks to ensure proper compliance.
