Specializing in the ECM space, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Professional Services, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure delivery of innovative and market-leading ECM solutions that meet the complex content management needs of Fiserv customers. You will play a key role in managing the ECM product roadmap and our key delivery partner relationship. **What you will do:** + Lead the ECM product team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve business objectives. + Develop and execute the ECM product roadmap, aligning it with strategic goals, industry trends, and customer needs. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and strategic partners to define product requirements and deliver integrated ECM solutions. + Conduct market research and monitor customer feedback to continuously improve ECM solutions and drive product enhancements. + Develop effective product positioning, marketing strategies, and go-to-market plans for the ECM product suite. **What you will need to have:** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business, or a related field and/or equivalent military experience. + 8+ years of experience in product management. + 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions and understanding of ECM market dynamics, trends, and customer needs. + 8+ years of experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams. + 8+ years of experience in developing and executing product roadmaps. **What would be great to have:** + Experience in managing partnerships and ecosystem integrations in the ECM space. + Experience in market and competitive research. + Experience in driving customer-centric product development. + experience in defining KPIs and success metrics for product performance. + Experience in developing effective product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
