**Job Description** **Job Summary** The role, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, is a critical member of the Strategy team, which supports senior executives in creating corporate, business unit, and local strategies as well as driving key strategic initiatives to transform the Company. **Job Duties** + Develops enterprise strategy, driving growth strategies for current business units + Leads high-priority projects as they are conceived and implements throughout the organization + Generates local market insights and supporting innovation. + Provides extensive support and collaboration with the Company's executive leadership team. + Provides full ownership of end to end analysis and/or projects **Job Qualifications** **REQUIRED EDUCATION** : Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES** : + At least 3+ years of experience in strategic management consulting or investment banking with prior managed healthcare experience + Understanding of the drivers of value in managed health care as well as broad knowledge of the healthcare industry + Strong quantitative aptitude, problem solving skills and commercial acumen + Strategy experience and ability to frame strategic challenges with research and synthesis and draw out solutions and create action plans + Intellectual agility and ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex concepts + Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities and projects simultaneously + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to effectively collaborator with business unit leaders, subject matter experts, and external resources + Energetic and collaborative To all current Molina employees: If you are interested in applying for this position, please apply through the intranet job listing.
