To learn more about us, visit stradaglobal.com Job Description **Key Responsibilities** **Global Travel** + Defines and manages the Global Travel Policy, in partnership with the Executive Leadership Team + Ensures colleague adherence to the travel policy, meeting and event requirements and corporate card terms of use + Manages relationships with the travel portal partner and vendors (such airlines, hotels, and rental car companies) to ensure they meet the needs of the program and its travelers + Negotiates contracts with travel vendors to secure preferred rates with International and local hotel chains and airlines + Monitors traveler frequency and costs by country to optimize the global travel program + Provides monthly reports to Finance team and other leaders, as applicable + Ensures the delivery of services align with the program's goals, such as cost-effectiveness and traveler satisfaction **Strada Emergency Response Center (SRC)** + Manages and oversees all aspects of the SRC, including its programs, services, and operations across a 24X 7 Global Center + Responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, and ensuring the SRC is operating effectively and efficiently + Coordinates response to emergency situations such as Business Continuity events, brings key stakeholders together to execute the plan, conducts employee safety checks and partners with Communications practice to deploy notifications and updates for clients and colleagues + Facilitates annual Business Continuity testing + Leads incident management services and triages cases to HR, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy Counsel and other practices, as applicable + Provides monthly trending analysis reports to the ELT **Operations and Governance** + Creates and maintains standard operating procedures + Participates in SOC and ISO audits conducted for Business Continuity + Identifies opportunities for optimization and operationalizes processes that increase efficiency, reduce costs and create capacity to support Global Travel and the Emergency Response Center + Collaborates with Third-Party Security, Finance, Legal and HR to define and/or streamline processes where cross-functional dependencies exist in support of Global Travel and the Strada Emergency Response Center + Monitors and measures results against targets, including Supplier cost savings for third party-partners hired to deliver the Services in a 24X7 Global environment + Consults with aligned business leaders on risk mitigation strategies related to Global Travel and the SRC + Serves as the contractual point of contact and Relationship Executive for the third-party Suppliers that have been contracted to provide products or services to support the Global Travel program or the SRC. + Accountable for selection, contracting and ongoing management of the performance/delivery of the products and services provided by assigned Suppliers + Work with Strada business leaders and executives to understand requirements and business outcomes to effectively negotiate deals that meet those needs + Complete assigned special projects, meeting schedule and quality requirements + Proactively maintain and build expertise by staying informed of industry trends and technology shifts **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience** **Knowledge, Education, Certification, Skills & Technical Proficiencies** + BA/BS in business, finance, supply chain management or appliable field + Experience managing a Global Travel Program or Meetings and Events is desired, but not required **Work Experience** + 10+ years Client Management/Account Management experience + Experience managing client and/or third-party supplier contracts, with a detailed understanding of Terms and Conditions of the Services Agreement, Statements of Work and Fee Schedules + Deep expertise in overseeing Governance routines and processes: change orders, Service Level Agreements, performance dashboards, escalation management, root cause analysis, risk mitigation, audit compliance (SOC I and SOC II), business continuity, data privacy and related Governance routines + Strong financial acumen, including but not limited to P&L Management, budgets and forecasting, invoice validation, cost savings, ROI/cost modeling and operational fee structures (ie: PEPM/PEPY, volume-based pricing, variable charges, RUs, minimum guarantees and ARC/RRC) + In-depth understanding of HIPAA, PHI, PII, GDPR and data privacy + Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to manage by influence and build trusted partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization. + Strong cross-cultural skills and experience working with global teams + Solutions oriented, with a proven track record of using facts, data and cost modelling techniques to build business cases and influence decisions + Experience in negotiation techniques;
