Summary: Seeking a Director of Manufacturing Operations to lead strategic planning, operations management, and ERP implementation in a high-tech industrial equipment manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET Accredited); Master's preferred. Minimum 10 years of supervisory/management experience in manufacturing and warehouse environments. Strong computer skills including MRP, ERP, inventory and warehouse management, MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with high-tech product development and manufacturing. Successful implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning software. Ability to combine knowledge of emerging technologies with organizational focus.

Responsibilities:

Lead overall manufacturing strategy, planning, operations, procurement, and ERP management. Develop operational safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and cost control programs. Design effective organizational structure to support business strategies. Promote employee development and performance through technology skill acquisition.

Pay Details: $140,000.00 to $170,000.00 per year
