Key Responsibilities \r\n

Leadership & Strategic Vision: \r\nDevelop and execute the strategic vision and operational plan for the wealth planning team, aligning with the firm\u2019s broader objectives.\r\nDefine clear expectations, create scalable processes, and drive a culture of accountability, respect, diversity, and excellence. \r\nBuild a collaborative and innovative team environment that supports continuous improvement and exceptional client service.\r\n\r\n

Tools & Templates Development: \r\nRefine existing, and design and implement new reusable tools, templates, and presentations to enhance team efficiency, consistency, and client service quality.\r\n\r\n

Client Service & Wealth Planning: \r\nOversee the delivery of customized financial, tax, and estate planning strategies for high-net-worth clients, ensuring technical excellence and strategic insight. \r\nCollaborate with Wealth Advisors and clients\u2019 external Professional advisors (e.g., accountants, lawyers) to develop tailored solutions to complex planning needs. \r\nInitiate and lead the financial planning process, including developing assumptions, creating detailed plans, and presenting insights and recommendations to clients.\r\n\r\n

Team Management & Mentoring: \r\nManage the workload, deadlines, and priorities of the wealth planning team to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality outputs. \r\nTrain and mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and development.\r\n\r\n

Risk Management: \r\nEstablish and monitor processes to mitigate risks and ensure the highest standards of technical expertise, resulting in a seamless and reliable client experience.\r\n\r\n
