Director of Townhomes and Private Homes

The primary responsibility of the Director of Townhomes and Private Homes is to provide leadership, direction, and supervision of staff in the daily operations of the Homes. This individual is expected to be directly involved in daily operations, increasing revenue, and managing payroll. The Director of Townhomes and Private Homes will provide Nemacolin guests and associates with necessary program guidance and coaching to ensure the positive attainment of organizational goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Townhomes and Private Homes' features, services, activities, hours of operation, and amenities. Engage and develop department leaders to elevate business expectations, improve financial health, and overall team progression. Elevating the Townhomes and Private Homes experience for Nemacolin, develop and orchestrate world-class guest experiences through butler services, front office, housekeeping, guest service, and transportation. Responsible for all aspects of the area budget, forecasting, and accountable for meeting all fiscal growth expectations. Responsible for the growth and maintenance of area services, ensuring the best in world experiences, including pre-arrival stocking of goods and services, arranging private dining and/or activity opportunities, and providing overall bespoke experiences in the resort's homes and estates.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Four-year degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality, Recreation & Tourism Management, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in: accounting and budgeting knowledge, strong communication skills, proven leadership qualities Minimum 3 years in Leadership capacity. Must be able to speak English. Computer literate on Microsoft Office Suite, LMS applications, and/or other reservations/booking software. Hospitality experience Homeowner Association experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to motivate and train staff, ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision, ability to work cohesively with other departments & co-workers as part of a team, ability to schedule various services for individuals and large groups
