Position OverviewIn conjunction with leaders of clinical service lines and directors of nursing, leads Surgical Services and Emergency Services Programs and related operational activities. Provides leadership in the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of current and new services/business/operations/programs. Solicits customer and staff input to ensure services being provided are efficient, high quality and progressive. Plans, evaluates, and monitors fiscal performance of services (specialties) and works with team members to implement activities that reduce cost and increase profitability. Responsible for interdisciplinary coordination of marketing and communications efforts related to business development. Primary Department or Work Location: Primary Work Shift: Day Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Compensation Range: $59.58 - $89.38 per hour, depending on experience ----- Education and Experience Minimum Required: + Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related degree. + Three (3) years’ experience in healthcare field.
