**Overview**
The **District Manager** will lead a diverse team of facilities personnel, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal across all client sites. This role involves strategic planning, financial management, and fostering strong client relationships in a very dynamic and consistently changing environment.
Pay: $110,000 to $130,000/annually.
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

The **District Manager** will lead a diverse team of facilities personnel, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal across all client sites. This role involves strategic planning, financial management, and fostering strong client relationships in a very dynamic and consistently changing environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Leadership**
+ Client retention and new sales.
+ Maintain current client and build bonds to retain contract business.
+ Grow Revenue through cross-selling additional services.
+ Grow Revenue through SWO sales.
+ Lead a diverse team of approximately 150-250 facilities personnel, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
+ Oversee all facilities staff and operations, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across all campuses.
+ Manage facilities operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and effective SOW (Scope of work) for the facilities.
+ Overall management of 3 shift 24/7/365 operations.
**Conflict Resolution:**
+ Address and resolve conflicts within the team or with external stakeholders in a professional and effective manner.
+ Meet all KPI expectations.
**Profit & Loss (P&L) Knowledge:**
+ Manage the site’s budget and financial operations, including P&L responsibility, cost control, and financial reporting.
**Client Relationship Building:**
+ Establish and maintain strong relationships with SpaceX stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
**Strategic Planning:**
+ Develop and implement strategic plans for facility management, aligning with all Client objectives and ABM’s standards.
**Safety Management:**
+ Enforce strict safety protocols, conduct regular safety trainings, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
**Required Experience & Skills:**
+ Proven experience in facilities services along with high level general management skills.
+ Demonstrated ability in managing a multi-service site.
+ Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
+ Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
+ In-depth knowledge of P&L management and financial reporting and/or ability to do so.
+ Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships.
+ Strategic planning capabilities with a focus on operational efficiency.
+ Comprehensive knowledge of safety management and compliance with OSHA standards.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required.
+ Minimum of 3 – 10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
+ High level of experience in facilities management, safety, or related areas is advantageous.
