The pay listed is the salary range for this position. This role involves strategic planning, financial management, and fostering strong client relationships in a very dynamic and consistently changing environment. **Key Responsibilities:** **Leadership** + Client retention and new sales. + Maintain current client and build bonds to retain contract business. + Grow Revenue through cross-selling additional services. + Grow Revenue through SWO sales. + Lead a diverse team of approximately 150-250 facilities personnel, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork. + Oversee all facilities staff and operations, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across all campuses. + Manage facilities operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and effective SOW (Scope of work) for the facilities. + Overall management of 3 shift 24/7/365 operations. **Conflict Resolution:** + Address and resolve conflicts within the team or with external stakeholders in a professional and effective manner. + Meet all KPI expectations. **Profit & Loss (P&L) Knowledge:** + Manage the site’s budget and financial operations, including P&L responsibility, cost control, and financial reporting. **Client Relationship Building:** + Establish and maintain strong relationships with SpaceX stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly. **Strategic Planning:** + Develop and implement strategic plans for facility management, aligning with all Client objectives and ABM’s standards. **Safety Management:** + Enforce strict safety protocols, conduct regular safety trainings, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. **Required Experience & Skills:** + Proven experience in facilities services along with high level general management skills. + Demonstrated ability in managing a multi-service site. + Strong leadership skills with experience in team management. + Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities. + In-depth knowledge of P&L management and financial reporting and/or ability to do so. + Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships. + Strategic planning capabilities with a focus on operational efficiency. + Comprehensive knowledge of safety management and compliance with OSHA standards. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required. + Minimum of 3 – 10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. + High level of experience in facilities management, safety, or related areas is advantageous.
