Job Title: CAD Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for utilizing Revit and AutoCAD to draft MEP systems in accordance with codes and client specifications from start to completion. This role primarily focuses on drafting and supporting projects within the Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, and other sectors.
Responsibilities
+ Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to draft MEP systems in accordance with codes and client scope from start to completion.
+ Strictly support drafting of projects.
+ Support projects within the Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, and other sectors.
+ Draft electrical, mechanical, civil, architecture, and structural elements.
+ Redline and create construction documents.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of experience as a drafter in the MEP space, architecture, or civil/structural.
+ Proficiency with AutoCAD.
+ Exposure to Revit.
+ Ability to work independently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ No degree required.
Work Environment
The drafter will support the drafting team and work 40-hour work weeks, with half days on Fridays. The role emphasizes work-life balance, with a focus on a 50% split between Revit and AutoCAD tasks. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
