Driver Essential Responsibilities include: + Follow established transportation policies and procedures. + Develop connections with team members and residents. + Operating WEL vehicles in a safe manner. + Work with WEL team members to assure seamless transportation to all appointment and activities. Qualifications Related Experience: + Minimum 2 years of experience preferred. Education or Degree Requirements: + High School Graduate or GED equivalent. Licenses, Certifications, Registrations: + Possession of a valid, Pennsylvania State driver's license. (Clean license for 2 years). + Successfully complete a DOT Physical and secure medical certification. + Successfully complete Driver Training Program which will include hands-on training and must successfully pass our Driver Observation Program.
