E- Commerce Merchandise Supervisor
The Role

Assist in all retail warehouse merchandise operations and fulfill company goals and objectives with an emphasis on customer service. Assist in managing merchandise operations to reduce cost, enhance revenues, grow client relations, and enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

Assist in all merchandise operations and fulfill company goals and objectives with an emphasis on customer service. Assist in managing merchandise operations to reduce cost, enhance revenues, grow client relations, and enhance the customer experience.

• Perform inventory & maintain proper inventory levels throughout Ball Arena & DSGP by pulling merchandise from the warehouse and shipping orders in a timely manner
• Supervise assigned personnel, discipline, evaluate performance, and develop each employee to his/her potential.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are in effect at all times.
• Manage performance of employees by preparing and communicating goals. Communicating progress or opportunities for improvement to provide effective feedback.
• Assist in the development of programs that result in increased customer satisfaction
• Work with visual displays and merchandising of stands. Setting up displays to best attract customers' attention.
• Maintain product and service quality standards and anticipate customer needs/concerns
• Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required. Perform all merchandise transfers and maintain accurate inventory  Answer incoming emails for customer service related to e_commerce Assist in processing customized jerseys Maintain warehouse standards and warehouse organization that supports efficiency and safety standards Assist in the merchandise check in process (Tags merchandise upon arrival for distribution through out the area Assist as needed in receiving and unpacking cartons or crates of merchandise and verify for accuracy against shipping invoices Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
• 2 years merchandise experience preferred
• Able to work in a team environment, move fast, and act on assigned duties
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, lift and move up to 70 pound boxes
• Must be flexible to work all BAll arena & DSGP events including late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Energetic, self-motivated, friendly personality, and excellent guest services skills are required
• Must be able to work in a fast paced and continuously changing environment
• Must be able to work fluently in English
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 50 pounds pounds, occasionally 70 pounds, climb ladders to reach products, bend, kneel, & carry merchandise. Ability to carry 25 pounds overhead
• High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred. Must be comfortable operating a computer and learning software's. Accuracy is critical in work product. 

Must have a Valid drivers license and ability to acquire a Colorado License and meet company driving standards

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Retail Pro System is preferred Knowledge of Shopify operating system is preferred 3-5 years in a retail e-commerce experience or merchandising preferred Retail warehouse experience preferred

Report all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) into the company’s risk management system (Origami Risk) on the same day that the safety incident has been reported to you.
