Description
We are looking for a skilled EDI Manager to manage and enhance electronic data interchange operations at our headquarters in Boise, Idaho. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external trading partners while aligning EDI strategies with business objectives. Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the EDI system, including monitoring transactions and resolving technical issues.
• Develop and implement strategies to align EDI processes with organizational goals and business priorities.
• Lead EDI-related projects by defining scopes, setting deadlines, and managing resources effectively.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external trading partners to address and resolve EDI-related challenges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to facilitate onboarding and resolve any issues.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all EDI transactions in compliance with industry standards.
• Create training materials and deliver sessions to educate staff on EDI best practices and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with EDI solution providers to identify and implement system improvements and upgrades.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to optimize functionality and efficiency.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in EDI operations or a related field with 3 Years management experience
• Proficiency in EDI standards, including X12, XML, and related technologies.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues within EDI transactions.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and building relationships.
• Proven experience in project management, including defining scopes, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams, delegate responsibilities, and provide guidance.
• Familiarity with business processes and how EDI impacts organizational functions.
