Position OverviewAs a Warehouse EHS & Pest Control Specialist, you will successfully integrate EHS and Pest Control into the functional operation of the facility by implementing systems, processes, and procedures to prevent injuries to our associates and minimize the environmental impact of our operations.Role splits between 65% Pest Control & 35% EHS
1st shift 8am to 430pm Monday to Friday

Evaluate coolers, storage spaces, workstations, communal areas, and equipment for potential threats to health, safety, or pest control, and implement corrective measures as needed.Execute on and maintain company wide EHS initiatives including, but not limited to assigned facility compliance activities. Provide effective solutions to current, and anticipate, the changing business needs to build and sustain a strong safety culture.Actively engage associates of all levels within the assigned facility and perform routine audits and assessments that all help prevent incidents from occurringThoroughly investigate all incidents including near misses and develop appropriate action plans to mitigate future incidents, and communicate action plans with local operations team membersProvide support to all departments with proper food safety & sanitation practices, as needed.Travel Required:Yes
