Reimagine What’s Possible 

The EHS Supervisor will provide EHS oversight, assurance, and support to the Power Generation (Wind Farm) scope, which consists of the construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of a large-scale Wind Farm project.

The main functions of this position are:

Support the full implementation of the project EH&S Plan.Actively promote the development of a ‘Total Safety Culture’ and provide support during the implementation of all related (leadership) activities.Act as a coach, both for EH&S team members and for Contractors.Support the Contractors’ “Approval to Mobilize” process and HAZIDs in the accountable area.Support the implementation of the EH&S Plan.Support the implementation of the Project Emergency Response Plan.Ensure EH&S risks specific to Wind Farm activities (such as working at height, lifting operations, and electrical hazards) have been assessed and risk mitigation measures are in place.Assist the project team in identifying project-specific safety concerns, especially related to turbine erection, nacelle installation, and high-risk activities.Coordinate a program of inspections and audits in the accountable area, with a focus on critical wind energy operations.

Essential Qualifications and Education:

7 years of relevant experience in the construction or renewable energy field, with at least 2 years in Wind Farm projects preferred.Certificate/Diploma in Environment, Health and Safety such as NEBOSH IGC or IOSH MS.

Academic degree.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Other languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu will be a plus.Strong written communication skills with the ability to compile and present reports.Preferred Qualifications and Education:ISO Certificates, any of 45001 or 14001.Bachelor’s Degree.Wind Farm or Renewable Energy Safety Training (e.g., GWO certifications) is a strong asset.
