Description

-Conduct engineering calculations, load calculations, equipment selection, energy analysis, psychrometric, controls, fixture loading, pressure loss, ducts sizing, writing specifications, etc.

-Effectively manage time and budget to meet project deliverables and schedules.

-Ability to utilize AutoCAD & Revit to complete drawings

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Calculate power and lighting loads for new and existing building systems.

-Review local and national codes and perform code analyses.

-Design and life safety (fire alarm) systems

-Select and design layout of electrical equipment such as switchgear, transformers, electrical panels emergency generators UPS systems, and power distribution systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
