Job Title: Industrial Electrician
Job Description

Join a dynamic start-up environment where you will be responsible for the installation, conduit, and wiring of equipment inside generator enclosures. This role requires a strong working knowledge of basic electrical installation, including wiring AC and DC lights, 3-way switches, GFCI receptacles, and load centers. You will need to interpret current NEC codes and shop drawings.

ResponsibilitiesPerform full installs inside a generator enclosure.Run, bend, and install conduit, panels, transformers, and switchgears.Wire AC/DC lights and 3-way switches.Pull small and large wires and conduct QC inspections.Troubleshoot electrical systems.Install termination/connector points to the generator.Make connections with diesel and install supply/return pumps.Collaborate with a team of electricians inside the enclosure.Essential SkillsProficiency in electrical installation and troubleshooting.Ability to interpret NEC codes and shop drawings.Experience with conduit bending and wiring.Understanding of 3-phase systems.Minimum of 3 years experience as an electrician apprentice or journeyman.State certification preferred.Additional Skills & QualificationsSpecific industry experience or equivalent college degree desired.Experience with industrial/commercial electrical systems.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This role is based in an industrial setting, both inside and outside, focusing on the wiring and building of generator enclosures once the initial set-up is complete. The work environment is non-temperature controlled, with shifts from Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm. You will be a versatile electrician tasked with installs, wiring, and conduit work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37444.00 - $85904.00/yr.
